ArkeeLabs respects your privacy. This policy explains how we process personal data submitted through this website, including contact enquiries, in a manner intended to support the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), applicable rules, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. It is a website baseline and does not replace advice from Indian privacy counsel for your specific business.
1. Who is responsible
ArkeeLabs is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. For privacy requests or grievances, contact arkeelabs@gmail.com. We are based in India.
2. What we collect
- Name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the message you submit.
- Consent status and basic anti-abuse signals needed to protect the contact form.
- Limited technical information made available by the hosting platform, such as request time and IP address, for security, rate limiting, and incident investigation.
3. Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, provide requested information, protect the service from spam and abuse, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use enquiry data for unrelated advertising.
4. Consent and your choices
Submitting the contact form requires a clear consent action. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal. You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may raise a grievance. We may need to verify your request before acting.
5. Service providers
We use Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse verification, and EmailJS for email delivery. These providers process only what is needed for their service and may process data outside India under their own terms and safeguards. We do not permit providers to use your enquiry for ArkeeLabs advertising.
6. Retention and security
We aim to retain contact enquiry data for no more than 90 days after the enquiry is resolved, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. We use HTTPS, access controls, server-side validation, rate limiting, bot verification, security headers, and secret environment variables. No online system can guarantee absolute security; suspected incidents should be reported immediately to the email above.
7. Children
This website is not directed to children. Do not submit a child’s personal data without the consent and involvement of a parent or lawful guardian.
8. Changes and complaints
We may update this policy when our processing or legal obligations change. The effective date and version above will be updated when we do. If your concern is not resolved, you may pursue the grievance route available under applicable Indian data-protection law.
